Under countersign „Development we don't want to stop, but pollution, we can!“ from Monday, 10th until Sunday, 16th May 2010, in Zagreb will be held Zagreb Energy Week.
In Zagreb Energy Week will be held series of workshops on theme energy efficiency and renewable energy sources as well as lectures by eminent European and Croatian experts.
This program will be held in some kindergartens, primary and secondary schools and faculties in Zagreb and it will be involved approximately 10 000 pupils and students. During this Energy Week, is also planned special event like presentation about the application of technical innovation in entrepreneurship and the set of all energy agencies that operate in Croatia with their guests and partners from abroad.
One of the main objectives of the Zagreb Energy Week is a Workshop that would promote the Covenant of Mayors to the cities of immediate and wider region as well as methodology and production of SEAP of the City of Zagreb. At the Workshop will participating the cities that the City of Zagreb supports as supporting structures and cities interested to join to CoM.
As the central event of our Energy Week, in the Main Square in Zagreb during 15th and 16th, May (Saturday and Sunday), the planned the presentation of production programs and activities of institutions, companies, entrepreneurs and professional associations involved in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy.
Croatian Environment Agency (CEA) will be part of Exhibition in the Main Square so please feel free to visit us on booth number 5 on Saturday from 9am till 8pm and Sunday from 9am to 4pm.
