The subject area of environmental protection in general, that the Croatian Environmental Agency (CEA) covers, primarily includes making the four-year Report on State of the Environment in the Republic of Croatia and development of the National List of Indicators.
In order to achieve a comprehensive insight for the state of the environment in the country and in the field of local and regional governments, documents on sustainable development and environmental protection have continuously been collected. For the first time, those documents have been gathered in the Database of Documents on Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection. By frequently updating the database, the Agency develops successful collaboration with the authors of these documents.
Database of Environmental Projects in Croatia gives easier access to information regarding projects in the field of environmental protection to the public administration, professional and scientific community and also to the general public.
In scope of collaboration with the European Environment Agency (EEA), the CEA participates in development of the Environment State and Outlook Report - SOER and submits reports and other required information in SERIS (State of the Environment Reporting Information System).
